About Us
Learn about who we are, what we believe, and what brings our community together.
A Community Rooted in Faith
We are a group of Shia Muslim youth based in Calgary, Alberta, united by our love for the Ahlulbayt (AS) and our commitment to building a vibrant, supportive community. Our name — Mawkib Shabab Al Askaryayn — reflects our dedication to the legacy of Imam Ali Al-Hadi (AS) and Imam Hasan Al-Askari (AS).
From weekly gatherings to community service initiatives, we strive to create spaces where young Muslims can grow spiritually, intellectually, and socially.
Empowering the Next Generation
To provide a sanctuary for spiritual growth, fostering a community rooted in the teachings of the Quran and Ahlulbayt (AS) through modern engagement, brotherhood, and timeless guidance.
We believe that faith is not just a set of beliefs but a way of life — one that calls us to serve, learn, and grow together.
